No mateer what cycle I try to run, the washer starts agitating without filling. Machine will not fill

Open the control panel and unplug the clear plastic hose from the water level switch. If it will now fill, stop the washer and blow through the hose to see if it's clear. If it still won't fill and does still begin to agitate right away, unplug the wiring connector from that switch. If it still begins to agitate right away, you have a bad timer.
