The tub hangs on four suspension rods and the four suspension rods hook in a cup. At times these cups can get really dry and start making noise during wash. Take the front of and grab the front two rods and wobble them back and forth. If you hear the same noise you are hearing during wash you need to grease the cups. Note that the use of silicone-based grease is not recommended you need to use a lithium-based grease. The part number for the grease that GE makes for this purpose is WC32X5003. Hope this helps!
