Hi, my washer does a loud noise and doesnt drain. i was told by a technitian that the motor pulley needs to be replaced cuase its broken. but i searched in the web and all i could find was the motor replacement itself, not just the motor pulley. please i need help, i live in Venezuela.

You have 2 different issues the fact it's not draining it could be clothes jammed under tub or in the drain pump or a malfunctioning or clogged drain pump. These units are known for problems the loud noise i couldn't tell you it could be the gear case or the cam kit or actuator......the pully usually comes in the cam kit........check the nut on the pully and make sure it didn't come off or become loose i've seen that happen on these units........Get a good tech that gives you a written estimate on parts or replace this unit they are problematic.
