My wife has recently told me that our washer isn't washing properly. When she runs a whites load and adds bleach to the dispenser, the clothes are not getting bleached. They don't even smell of bleach. It's as if the bleach is getting washed out immediately instead of being allowed to work on the clothes.

I have read the posts of how some people are having an issue with the bleach cup not emptying onto the drum (still full at end of wash) or how it fills with water. This doesn't seem to be the same problem (maybe wrong.)

Just finished running a clean cycle (bleach in cup and nothing in machine on hot.) There is a small odor of bleach. With nothing having been run through the machine except bleach, I was expecting a stronger bleach odor.

Any thoughts?
