i found 2 separate numbers:

Yes, the lid switch on that model affects all motor operation, agitate, drain and spin. Open control panel, lid switch is on the left. Sometimes the hinge screws come loose and won't operate the switch. You can unplug the switch and jump out the two wires (gray and white) to see if washer will work.

It turns out that the door hinge was loose. I tightened and closed the lid and it started agitating. Thanks.
