Hello, It seems I am having a similar problem to others who have posted here. The machine will run fine through the wash and first spin, but when i comes time to rinse the timer stops and has to be manually advanced for the machine to proceed. I suspected this was a timer problem and have replaced it with a new one.

Both hot and cold water flow nicely into the tub so there isn't a clog anywhere. I am a technical minded person and am able to troubleshoot, however my knowledge of washing machines is basic at best.

Is there something else that could be causing this, or did I receive a defective timer?

Thank you for your help.
