Washer leaks when filling and draing

Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

Every time I use my washer it leaks large amounts of water. Or once it didn't leak, but it didn't drain either. Other than the leak it works perfectly fine. Any idea what the problem could be?
