Hi, I have a Whirlpool washer model LBR5432PQ0. It fills but does not agitate or spin. There is a humming sound coming from the motor area and a sound like a timer would make from the timer box. This continues for 12-15 seconds then I heard a click by the motor and it stops. All is silent. Also, the agitator locks up and subsequently releases after a while of unplugging, plugging the power cord back in etc..I made sure the drain pump is clear and the impeller is not jammed with anything. Also, I ensured the (3) hoses are not clogged. The lid switch has continuity when the door shuts and clicks. The motor coupling is not broken. Please advise on what may be the problem. Thanks.
