Machine fills, agitates, rinses with slow spin, does not go into high speed spin. Motor codes blink normal, new timer installed.

You should be getting an error code on the inverter, but if you are not this suggests the inverter is the issue and that the motor/inverter will need to be replaced.

Given the cost of the part and the uncertainty you should consider replacing the machine with a good, basic top loader that does not have an electronics. That will do a fine job for you and be a much better use of your money.
