Some settings on my washer are working fine, however others such as heavy duty, white and sanitizing are not. What is the issue? Is it the control board that is bad now? If not, what is the part that need to be replaced?

Sounds like you have had trouble with this unit before, which is not unusual with this model.

Try changing out the control unit, that does sound like the problem. It is an expensive part, so if you buy from this site and the part does not fix the problem you can return it.
