Our washer is noisy and shakes during the spin cycle. The tub leans to the back right when you look in the top. Replaced all 3 suspension springs, the tub spring, and the leveling spring. What should I try next? Tub wear pads? Can I easily tell if they're worn?

Go ahead and replace the pads, as it is an inexpensive way to determine if they are the problem.

Since you have replaced the springs the other possibility if a tiny crack or break in the frame or suspension parts. By pass the lid switch and operate the machine with the cabinet off and see if that allows you to see the problem.
