Replacing The Clutch Assy. Have Disengaged The Agitator, Removed Motor, And Bolts For Transmission, However, Shaft Will Only Come Out About 2-3 Inches And Then Binds- I Don't Want To Force It. Help

If this is a model with the fabric softener dispenser on top of the agitator, make sure to remove the metal clip from the top of the agitator shaft. If that's not the problem, then you will need to get someone to use a wood block and hammer to tap on the agitator shaft while you pull from the bottom. Make sure the exposed part of the agitator shaft is thoroughly clean of gunk and rust/corrosion.
