Initial problem was washer would not fill or start wash cycle. Replaced water switch sensor w10248240. Now washer fills, starts wash cycle and runs normal for about 10 seconds then stops and goes back to fill where it does not stop until I manually stop. All other functions seem to be normal.

Where did you get the switch from? These are a very high failure item and you may have just gotten another faulty one. If you buy from APP and it doesn't work, you may return it. I would also check the air dome and hose on the lower right side of the outer tub. Check for gunk and clean it out if necessary. Also check the hose which runs up to the switch for kinks, splits, cracks, holes...When the washer is filling, air pressure in the hose allows the switch to determine water level. The switch has electronic circuitry in it.

Bought the switch from app. Received on the June 1. Will check lines for blockage etc and then return if no other problems are found.
