control panel is out
Model Number: mah7500 Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
my control panel is out the buttons won't work either but it is getting power when i open the door the light comes on. is my broad bad?

See if you can get the machine into a troubleshooting mode. Yours is an updated Neptune, and here is the service manual for the basic machine. It has supplemental information on your model at the back.
http://www.servicematters.com/maytag...s/16010061.pdf If you determine that the control assembly is the problem I suggest you strongly consider replacing the machine rather than sinking the cost of a new board into this model.
