I have a Frigidaire front load washer, model LTF2940ESO.
The machine runs a few seconds and shuts off.
No error code.
Replaced main control unit. Didn't fix.
Removed back access panel.
Noticed the 5-wire connector was loose on the Motor Control Unit.
Harness fell off as I touched it.
What's the easiest way to reconnect? How is the Motor Control unit most easily accessed?
HISTORY: When new, Lowes had unit repaired. Suspect harness was never connected properly.
Thanks!

I am going to link you to the service manual, and on page 88 it shows you how to get to the speed control unit.

Good luck. Hope reconnecting is all you need to do.

Yep, reconnection worked. Very helpful, thanks. I've noticed some mistakes in the wiring harness notes.

Now, what to do with the main control unit I purchased.

If you purchased from this site you can return it, if you did not then you have a spare part on your shelf.
