With the rotary encoder switch in the off position (or any other position) the Pause led stays on. The door switch, water level switch and the water valves all check out. The control board has also been replaced. The machine was unplugged for an hour plus and when plugged back in with the rotary switch in the off position, the Pause Led came on. No other Led lights come on regardless of any switch position. It will not go into test mode. All wiring double checked. Can I assume that the rotary encoder switch is bad or am I overlooking something? Thanks
