Can you describe in more detail what the machine does.

1. Does it go through a full wash, drain and spin cycle?
2. Where in the cycle does it stop?
3. Do you have the problem in all cycles?
4. If you manually advance the timer can you get it to go into the rinse cycle?
5. Does the timer stop or does it continue?
