My washer startedmaking a screaching sound while trying(I say trying because the drum wasn't movine at all) to tumble. I could see the belt slipping so I replaced the belt. Now the belt dosen't slip but the drum dosent turn on low speed tumble. I can see that the motor is trying to turn, but is as if it is lacking the torque to do so. All other speeds work fine.
