My aunt's washer walks when it is, I believe, in the spin cycle and she has asked me to look at it.
The washer is level, so I'm thinking the drum is off balance. Can anyone here point me in the direction of troubleshooting that?

This machine has concrete weights to stop this sort of thing. Take off the back service panel and the top and look inside and see if you can determine if the weights are broken or have come loose or if there is some other type of damage to the support system of the tub.

It appears that all of the weights are intact. I don't see any obvious signs of damage to the support system. Is there something else to look for?

Sometimes there is damage that is not visible. If there is nothing obvious you choices are not good; changing out parts or replacement.
Sorry not to have better info.
