I have a LG Washer that seys code LE .I reset the code Cleaned all filters . Then i tested on rinse and spin it fills with water And spins in both directions for about 3 minutes then stops it looks like it is trying to spin again then stops and sets code LE. I was told the Hall sensor is problem Bad .Thanks in advanced for any help.:confused:

Hi.

Before replacing any parts you need to check several things:

- open the back and check if there is leak from the center of the tub, behind the motor .That could cause the rotor positioning sensor to go bad (hall sensor).
- then check the wire harness and connectors between the sensor and controls.
If there is no water leak you may replace the RPS and the harness.
If that not going to fix the problem - the main control board should be replaced.
