Washing Machine Not dispensing detergent
Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
Hi,
Our front-end loader Kenmore Model: 796.40318900 is not dispensing the detergent (liquid) from the tray. When the load is done and I open the tray, it still has 95% of the detergent in there as well as some water inside. Any ideas! Thank you in advance!! Ads By Google

Since some water is getting in there, this suggests that the solenoid valves are working correctly but that the tube from the detergent reservoir to the washer is blocked.
See if you can unclog it and see if that fixes things.
