Roper Washer - Lid Switch Adjustment
Model Number: RAX4232PQ0 Brand: Roper Age: 5 - 10 years
If I gently lower the lid the machine does not run. If I drop the lid from 6 or so inches and let it 'slam' the machine starts fine.
My sense is that a small adjustment may fix this. Can I do this without taking the machine apart? Thanks, Doug Ads By Google Related Models

The lid switch is wore out and needs replacing. If you don’t eventually it will not work at all.
