Whirlpool Leaving Cloths wet

Model Number: SM 8280869 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years

Hello, I have a Whirlpool lsr5132jq1 washing machine. The washer seems to work fine through all steps but leaves cloths wet. It seems to spin fast and it pumps the water out. I do notice that when i take the cloths out can see water through the little holes sitting in the drum. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and knows what steps to fix it? Or of there is a way i can narrow it down to what part needs to be replaced? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
