Model Number: mvwc400xwo Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
my matag washer works on all cycles but when it goes on spin it seems to repeat the cycle or turns off.when it spins i can hear what sounds like a switch rapidly switching on and off sometimes stopping spin but leaving pump on or stopping both.it sometimes starts the spin cycle over again or light stays on spin and wont do anything.any ideas? thanks

This is unusual, but it sound like a timer issue. Try replacing it and see if that solves your problem. If not, there may be some kind of funky wiring, or even a motor switch issue.
