Model Number: 417.44082400 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a Kenmore front loading washer (417.44082400) that suddenly stopped working. I paid a technician to diagnose the problem, which I was told was the motor control board. I purchased the motor control board from Appliacepartspros.com and tried to switch it out, but have been unsuccessful in removing the metal-looking wire (the middle of three sets of wires). I have looked at Youtube and tried searching for quite a while, but I could only find one video that showed a similar motor control board. The person in the video said to "push like this and remove" but I can't tell what he's pushing. The photo instructions in the manual are also non-specific as to how to disconnect it and I'm afraid I am going to damage the wire. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you. Susan Ads By Google Related Models |
