Blackshoe, You'll need to check the spin enable switch

Part number: AP4028524

Part number: AP4028524

(the micro switch farthest to the right on the door latch assembly, with the red and yellow wires) it has to have a "closed" circuit when the door lock is energized and has extended to the left.
You'll also need to check the off balance switches and wiring harness for "closed" circuits as well.

Thank you Joe for helping. Would a bad spin enable switch have caused that R-11 resistor on my old board to burn up?

Spin enable switch I guess I will just replace, don't really know how to check the off balance switches.

Blackshoe, No, The R11 resistor is strictly related to the door lock wax motor, the spin enable switch wouldn't have been affected, or affected the wax motor circuits.
The easiest and best way to test circuits, on a Neptune washer, is at the control board. All components have a path out of the control board, go to/through the switch or component and back to the control board. You'll need to use the wiring diagram, and trace the pins on the connector, unplug the connector from the board, and test for resistance, or voltages.

In your case at the control board, disconnect the P2 Connector and the P3 connector. With your meter you should read a "closed" circuit between P2pin4 Orange wire, to P3pin7 yellow wire when the door is locked. This will tell you that the wires and spin enable switch are working proper. The Off balnace switches can be teste the same way. Connector P3pin1 red wire to P2pin4 orange, should have a "closed" circuit. This will varify that the wiring and all three Off Balance switches are operable. You can also conduct a low 24 DC voltage check on the circuit as well, using The black wire on the relay board of the conmtrol and checking each wire for 24VDC out of th board and back to the board, on the same wires.

The spring that pushes wax motor into place just wasn't pushing it far enough to engage new spring did the trick.

Great, We're glad it wasn't anything that would need replacement, just an adjustment.

Thanks for the update.
