Hi my washer door is locked and I need to manual open it. I read a previous post concerning pulling chord near dispenser door, but we can only fine 1 screw to that 1 side. There isn't a visible screw on the other side. We can only pull out the dispenser drawer, but can't see a chord. The washer will be serviced on Monday, but have a child with severe allergies and I'm afraid of mold/mildew by Monday. Please help me manually open the door. Not concern about any water issues on floor. Also it gave a ND code which I assumed it meant not draining.
Thank you,

Hi.

Try to remove the drain hose from the drain and put it down to drain the water out of the washer. Keep washer plugged in.You may need to remove the back panel and take the drain hose off the pump.
Without the water inside, the washer suppose to unlock.
Best if you use the wet vacuum to collect the water from the pump outlet.

Simon.
