You could try penetrating oil.
Keep it wet and give it a couple hiurs to work it's way into the treads. Do you have the correct hub nut tool. It should let you put more force on the nut. If all else fails you could try splitting the nut. Some folks just use a cold chisel on it. I do not like this as it usually takes a lot of banging to split it. I prefer to cut it using a rotary tool/dremel. Juts be careful that you cut just the nut. Then a couple taps with a chisel and hammer should split it.
