Insufficient spin
Model Number: LSN1000JQO Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
My spin cycle is not sufficiently eliminating enough water so the clothes can be put in the dryer. Can you email me the advice you gave someone else regarding diy repair for the same issue?

Hi.
If the washer spins but you can stop it with your hand then most likely it's a bad clutch Part number: 285785 Use the video clip for the instructions. Post the results. Simon.

 You are a genius! It is the clutch. I stopped the tub with my hand during the spin cycle to confirm the diagnosis. Thank you so much.
