Washer agitates whole time it is filling, then fills also when spinning. I know about the load sensor switch fix, but I have also read about the line going to the water sensor switch that could be plugged. Where is it located ??

Not likely the problem but if you want to check you need to remove the cabinet. There is an air dome on the lower right rear of the tub, the hose runs from there to the pressure switch behind the control panel.
