Washer Repair

Howdy,

My front loader will not run. No lights, won't fill, door won't lock... Nothing.

I have checked the power source and it is hot and the machine is plugged in.

What should I check first?

Hi Sparky

Even though this has GE written on the machine this is a Frigidaire made washer with a GE label.

If you are sure you are getting power to the machine, use a meter to see if you are getting power to the timer (you may have to trace some wiring) and if so then I suggest changing out the timer.

After removing the top and staring at it for 5 minutes it "fixed" itself.
