No agitate, spin or drain
Model Number: 110.29522800 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
Washer will not agitate, spin or drain. When put into wash or spin cycle the washer hums. Any suggestion where to start? Clutch, gear, motor?

Hi.
If the motor runs check the motor coupling Part number: 285753A Use the video clip for the disassembling instructions. If the motor is not running - remove the drain pump from the motor shaft and check if the pump is not frozen. Next take the motor out, bypass the lid switch and see if the motor will run. Next - check the motor capacitor Part number: 8572717 Also you should check the wire harness and the motor plug contacts. Post the results. Simon.
