No spinning, no agitating
Model Number: LSR6132EQ1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
Started washer this morning, after it filled it started making a strange sound. The motor was running, but the agitator was not agitating and then the tub didn't spin during the spin cycle. Very sad. I'm a single mom with a lot of laundry to get done, any help appreciated!

Thank you, Simon, you were exactly right! I was planning to do it myself with the help of the video, but my uncle's friend does it for a living and came over and did it for $20. Having the right part was awesome! It also saved me from some jerks who wanted $165 to do this job. I've posted how great this site was on my facebook. Thanks again!
