Washer Repair

Does LG stand for lights gone, cause thats what happened to me. Does any one know why this would happen. Two weeks ago my washer threw a code ce or cl and tripped the breaker. I reset the breaker and then had absolutely no power no lights. i have power to the wall outlet i even tried other outlets sso its not the house. I had power enough to get a code with a tripped breaker but nothing after i reset the breaker? Sounds wierd. I can freely spin the tub but get no lights either. What is wrong can anyone please help diagnose. Is it the main control, is there a reset, what part # do i order and how much will this set me back? Please help as this will be my first appliance repair.

no one wants to help, i thought thats what this place is for. just spent 400 at a local guy when i was hoping to spend 250. web site helped nada.
