GE High Efficiancy Washer
Model Number: GTWN4950L Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Washer will not fill with water, checked the drain pump(ok). Also changed the water control valve and the water hoses leading to the back of the washer. All it does is beep when the start button is pushed.

Beeping when you press start indicates the lid is open or the control thinks the lid is open (bad lid switch). Some models will fill with the lid open (which case wouldn’t cause your issue) however some models stop fill with the lid open and all it will do is beep when you press start.
