For two years I have owned a Bosch Washer Vision 500. Its on the 2nd floor (said it was made for 2nd floor use). When it spins the house shakes and now I have wall cracks and floor creaks all over the 2nd floor. I was advised to try vibration dampers. Thick rubber feet basically. I installed them and check the level, but there is still a vibration. Its less, but still there. I have two questions:

1. How can I reprogram the spin cycle to default to low spin instead of max spin?

2. Is this a loosing battle and should I get a top loading washer to protect my house from coming apart.
