kenmore oasis lid does not lock
Model Number: 11027092602 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a Kenmore Oasis Washer with two problems.
1: the drain pump will not pump water out unless the drain hose is close to the floor. IE into a 5 gallon bucket. I orderd a new pump. 2: The lid lock does not engage. It tries, you can hear it click about 5 times but then errors out. This just started today. The manual states to remove obstuction. There's nothing blocking the path for the lid lock. The likely problem is the lock has failed. Here is the service manual which will show you how to trouble shoot it.
