Model Number: GCVH6600HGG Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Hi there. I am in a bit of a problem. I have a GE Washer and a few weeks ago the front boot ripped and the machine was overflowing and in the middle of the cycle. I was able to drain out the machine manually and replaced the front boot. After much effort the machine now turns on and lets me choose between different wash cycles, however when i do select any of the wash cycles and press start the only thing that happens is that the drain pump goes off for 2-3 minutes and the door locks. after which the door unlocks and the machine goes idle as if to ready to be used again. I have tried plugging out the power chord and waiting 30 seconds to plug it in, in efforts to reset the system but of no use. Any ideas as to what i should do? Please and Thank you's
