error code e91: replaced user interface, and motor control unit. Machine is new and wire seems to be intact. machine will not start only beeps when any buttons are pressed, and leds only lit once

Hi.

Check the wire harness between the UIC and main board and if it's OK - replace the main control Part number: 134957912

PS. You can return any parts back to APP even if you installed them.

Post the results.

So Simon is it likely that a new machine straight out of the box needs all these new parts? my only concern now is that this machine is outside of the U.S. and to return this last part if it does not correct the problem is more effort to do than it is worth..

when u replace a electronic part on these machines there is no resetting or recoding necessary?
