Model Number: LNC6757 Brand: Admiral Age: 5 - 10 years
I have an Admiral washer that is off balance in the spin cycle almost every wash. You have to rebalance the clothes quite a few times to make it through the wash cycle. Any ideas?

Is the washer leveled properly? Both front legs are adjustable.
Is the floor solid? Is it enough water in the washer? Insufficient amount of water could cause a dis-balance. Remove the front panel and check the suspension. Gene.

Yes the washer is level and is solid. I took the front off and found all 6 springs good. The washer does fill up to the proper level. On this model is there pads or anything that it rides on? I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Do you know where I can look at the repair manual so I can see what the tub turns on undeneath and see if that is the problem?

Snubber is a cone shaped Teflon ring that supports the weight of the drum and transmission. When it wears out, drum will knock on sides of cabinet and washer may walk across floor. To replace snubber :
Cost: $5.00 time: 1.5 hours
