Model Number: lat9406aae Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
Didn't drop it very far, about a foot, my corner. I thought I could handle it...not as tough a woman as i imagined. I hooked it up, fills, but nothing else. I was helping my poor ol' dad, he bought it used. i feel so bad....

I doubt if you damaged it, but the lid switch may be bad or was getting ready to be bad and the drop finished it off. I have had a lot of problems with the lid switch on these models.
Also check the connections to the timer, one may have come loose. Check out the lid switch and see if that doesn't fix things.
