Ge Profile Harmony Washer Knocking Sound during wash cycle
Model Number: WPGT9360E Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
The washer just began making knocking sounds(similar to the beginning of the entire wash cycle)when the direction of the tub reverses during the wash cycle. There is no knocking at other times. The sound appears to be coming from the lower left hand side of the washer cabinet.
1. What is the best way to inspect the tub and suspension? Can the top be removed(how?) or is it best to just remove the back panel? 2. Any suggestions on probable cause? Ads By Google Related Models
