Saw a string by Gene! I have a model number wcvh6260Fogg. Ran all of the tests t-4 through 14. Example washer run on rinse and spin cyle move from eighteen to 14 and stops. Doesn't spin or agitate. I have noted that if I reach inside and give it a slight spin, then press start it will move a quarter turn on its on then pause again. On start up, the door locks, then unlocks, the relocks to start the operation. Pump test past, water fill test passed, but test 10, 11, 14, would not spin and stayed on zero. I took the multimeter and removed the motor harness and it showed about 6 in the three positions, and aroudn 113 on the two orange/yellow wires so motor appears to be okay. I pluged the motor back in and tested the invertor by plugging in the red and blue 120 wire, when T10,11,14, ran - no current. Curious, I left the meter attached to the invertor and put it back in rinse cycle. On start up, a 120 current was sent down to the invertor. The locked closed, opened, the closed again. It counted down from 18 to 14 stopped again and unlocked. I pressed start again, and 120 came down to the invertor but no spin or agitate (except sometimes that quarter turn....any thoughts.

Hey, changed out the inverter. Same problem. No correction. Still hoping somebody can give some insight. Thanks.
