washer knocks
Model Number: WBSR3140G5WW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Hi My washer spins in dry cycle and the tub knocks or hit the sides .The clothes are balance in the washer. The tub moves all around with no resistance. I notice were the motor at the bottom there is 2 bracket one on each side an one on the right is crack,could this be the cause.What does the washer tub damper do? Greatly appreciate and help.
