duet washer displayed f11 code after the drain cycle would not spin,turned washer off tried the drain and spin cycle would run for 30 sec displayed f11 again and fdl several times,repairman said to replace the ccu,no luck still giving f11 but no door latch code,the door latch is working properly,called him back said to replace the door latch,doI need the door stricker,or the assembly?Could it be a bad mcu? This washer is being a big pain!!!!! Thanks for any adcvice.

This washer is very difficult diagnose and you often have to just replace parts to see if you can find out the problem.

I would replace the MCU and if you buy from this site and the part does not fix the problem you can replace it. See if the tech under the top will help with some testing.
