the washer will fill with the door lock light illuminated and everything seems normal, however, it will not agitate. there are no unusual noises and as the time progresses the water will drain and fill up and rinse and will go thru the complete cycle but it does not agitate or spin. there is nothing wrong with the belt. where do i look first? the door lock switch, the motor or what? any help appreciated and I will order from appliancepartspros.com

The first place to look on these models is the door lock assembly, the wiring for the door lock assembly and the motor control board

You can find some testing info inside the lower service panel, but in the end you might just have to replace components and see what works.

If you do buy from this site you can return parts you do not need or do not fix the problem.
