Model Number: GVW9959KQ1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
My washer has power, but no command. Replaced the control board and didn't fix anything, what a waste of money. i need help please.

Normally replacing the control unit should have fixed this, and if you purchased from this site you can return the control unit.
The first thing you need to do is to test to see that you have 120v going to the control unit, and if so then check each of the connections and wires coming from the control unit. You may have a short, or a broken wire, and it may be broken internally so you will have to test each wire for continuity. Good luck, hope this helps.
