My washer has power, but no command. Replaced the control board and didn't fix anything, what a waste of money. i need help please.

Normally replacing the control unit should have fixed this, and if you purchased from this site you can return the control unit.
The first thing you need to do is to test to see that you have 120v going to the control unit, and if so then check each of the connections and wires coming from the control unit. You may have a short, or a broken wire, and it may be broken internally so you will have to test each wire for continuity.

Good luck, hope this helps. I have 120v going to the new control board have power as far as p16 circut also check the door switch which check out also. Again thanks for trying to help. David

This is somewhat of a mystery, not sure what the problem is.
See if where you purchased the board from will exchange it,but it is not likely the replacement board is the problem.

After i replaced the control board and it did the exact thing i went further thinking i check just about everything. Found a tech sheet inside the washer by mistake. I thought there should have been one but were. Anyway went throug the diag. I tested the control panel not the control board and the vaules of that board and they were off. Purchase a conyrol panel from APP and it works just fine. Thanks for the help and the time you took out for me. David
