Model Number: RTW 4440VQ1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
This washer will fill up with water then will not do anything, will not agitate, will not spin or pump water out ..
The lid switch appears to be clicking when it is shut. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with it ? Thank you, Vince Ads By Google Related Models |

Probably the lid switch. The clicking just means it's working mechanically, but you need to check it electrically with ohmmeter or jump the switch out to see if washer will work. You have the newer style switch. See this video for instructions on jumping the switch out.
