Model Number: NTW5400TQ1 Brand: Amana Age: 5 - 10 years
The washer tries hard to start to spin in rinse mode making a humming noise. Then it spins slowly for about 10 to 15 seconds all the while seeming to strain to spin faster, then it just shuts off. It seems like the motor is in a bind, so how can I check if its the motor or maybe the transmission causing the problem. Thanks for any help.
