Our washer won't spin. The clothes are wet still and they don't smell clean when dried. I can't find the model number in any website yet either.

First check the lid switch. Normally, when you hear a well defined "click" as you depress the actuator with a thin screwdriver or similar tool, that means the switch is probably still good. Does it drain? Check for any obstruction in the pump or kinked or clogged drain hose. Another really common cause of "no spin" is a broken motor coupler. This is usually accompanied by a grinding or garbled noise as it tries to spin. And you'll sometimes see shredded black rubber and/or white plastic directly under the motor on the floor.
